Hadees Related to Knowledge (Ilm)

Jabir Radiyallahu 'anhu narrates that Rasulullah Sallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: Knowledge is of two types: 1. Knowledge that penetrates into the heart; this knowledge is beneficial. 2. Knowledge, that is merely on the tongue; this will be Allah's
evidence against the son of Adam. (Targhib)

Note: Knowledge on the tongue refers to the knowledge without practice and sincerity.
